Happy Halloween!

Wow, our week has been so busy we didn't even have time to make a blog post!!

First Mason wants to say thank you to Grandma for the awesome pumpkin shirt, the Zoe pumpkin, the wall hanging and the movie gift card!! Also, thank you to Livee for the giant pumpkin full of candy and especially for the wheezer. And last but not least thank you to Aunt Mel and Uncle Sean for the super cool Runaway Pumpkin book!!! You all helped make Mason's Halloween soooo spppoookkkyyy. :)

Tuesday we carved a pumpkin that we named Jack. Mase loved the gooey seeds inside and helped us get them out one by one. He got to pick the design he wanted and opted for triangle eyes, a rectangle nose and three teeth. Nick is so handy at carving pumpkins and together they did a fab job!

On Thursday night Mase decided to dress up as a penguin and go to Haunt the Zoo with his friend Sam. They had a lot of fun and got tons of candy!!!

Friday was a big day for us. Mason got to ride a school bus for the first time with his friends. They bussed the kids over to Nick's work and let them trick-or-treat around the different floors of the building. It was a fun and exhausting trip!! Mase decided to be a blue monster for his school party. He also had a Halloween party at school later that day and it was lots of fun and filled with lots of treats. Later that night we came home and Mason was thrilled to help me pass out candy to the other children. He decided he needed to be a penguin for that event.

Yesterday we went to the OSU football game with Papa Chuck, Uncle Timmy and Livee. It was so fun to watch the Cowboys beat up on Iowa State!!
